This was the big one, Tkaronto, my debut feature film.

It was produced by Jordan O'Connor, Duane Murray, and Shane Belcourt
The Executive Producer was Michael Corbiere
It starred Melanie McLaren and Duane Murray along with Lorne Cardinal, Cheri Maracle, and others
The Production Designer was David Hannan.
The Edit and Score was done by Jordan O'Connor

It made it's premiere at the 2007 imagineNATIVE film festival as the Closing Night film ... to a sold out theatre.

Shortly after it continued to tour the film festival scene until it was picked up by the Canadian distributor, KINOSMITH FILMS INC. Since then it has appeared in art house cinenams across Canada, on Air Canada, and currently on TV with SuperChannel. And now it's out on DVD!

I cannot say enough that it has out did anything we ever thought it would. Being well-received from theatre goers, the press, and having it shown in as many places as it has kind of boggles our mind. We are more than pleased.

CURRENTLY

As most people close know, I make films with Duane Murray and Jordan O'Connor. We're working on a variety of feature film scripts right now, one in development with Telefilm entitled "A Better Place" - at the treatment/1st draft stage. Hope to get that moving very soon. Duane and I are co-writing that along with a few others.

I'm also working on a short animation script about my family, "Red Car, Blue Hood". Just at the early stages but coming along.

From time to time I head out and make films for the web or short experiments, been a while, but hope to get something together soon. As soon as I do I'll post it here.
